TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Cyber Monday Offer is valid from 27th November 2024 to 4th December 2024 for stays up to 31st March 2025.
Reservations for Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway, Vivanta, and Ginger hotels must be made under the Cyber Monday – Breakfast Inclusive Offer.
Reservations for amã Stays & Trails must be made under the Cyber Monday Offer – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Inclusive Offer.
This offer is applicable across participating Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway, Vivanta, and Ginger hotels within India and globally.
The offer is applicable at amã Stays & Trails properties within India.
A valid Neupass Membership Number is mandatory and must be provided when making the reservation.
Details of the Neupass Membership are verified at check-in, and the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation or amend the stay rate if the details do not match or are invalid.
This offer is subject to room and rate availability at the participating properties.
The offer includes standard Wi-Fi for the duration of the stay.
The offer will not be applicable on blackout dates, as defined by each participating hotel.
This promotional rate cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, negotiated rates, or third-party/AMEX vouchers.
Extra adults and children will be charged per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.
Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.
Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group booking; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.
Neupass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins on their eligible spends only on bookings made via the brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL central reservation office or hotel reservation office. Bookings made via any other mediums will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.

In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
Reservation may be modified as per the predefined policy only. In case of modification, rooms and rates are subject to change based on availability.
Each hotel/bungalow reserves the right to refuse bookings which are not as per the defined Terms and Conditions.
Any dispute pertaining to the use of this benefit shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
